This is the man who brought authentic Italian Pizzas to the UK and revolutionised casual dining in 1965. In fact, he even shipped a brick oven wholesale—all the way from Naples to the first PizzaExpress on Wardour Street.

Peter's spirit, vision and passion for good food and great times live on through us. We will carry forward his legacy through our people and our culture.
