Now you will be able to earn Dough from every delicious pizza, pasta or salad you ordered. If you’re going to enjoy them anyway, you may as well collect Dough to be used for the same great menu items on your next visit or save up enough Dough to redeem for some great rewards. Plus, becoming a member of the Club is completely free.

The PizzaExpress Club is a FREE reward programme. All you have to do is show us your eClub card while dinning with us or ordering online via PizzaExpress. You will earn Dough for every spending (including service charge).  Please note that PizzaExpress Club is not applicable at Go Park and University kiosks.

Once you’ve activated your eClub card online, you will be able to earn Dough and redeem goods at Club Rewards.

You can use your eClub card at all PizzaExpress Hong Kong locations (except Go Park, University kiosks) The eClub card is not valid at PizzaExpress restaurants in other countries. For a list of restaurants please go to our Restaurants.

You can use your eClub card to earn Dough anytime you dine or take away from a participating restaurant. You will not be eligible to earn or spend Dough for transaction made outside participating restaurants such as delivery platforms.

Once you registered as member, you will be able to earn Dough and redeem goods with Dough. You can also manage your membership, check your transaction history, track your rewards and get member-only news and offers.

There are three tiers in the PizzaExpress Club – Bronze, Silver and Gold. As soon as you sign up you’ll enter the Bronze tier straight away and able to earn Dough, plus a birthday treat on your birthday month. From there, the more you visit, the quicker you’ll rise through the tiers.

According to the numbers of visits over the previous 12 months. You’ll join Bronze instantly upon signing up; if you visit 4 times, you’ll move up to Silver, and if you reach 12 visits, you’ll achieve Gold status.

You can also gain fast track access to move from Bronze to Silver by visit 2 times within 3 months.

Only 1 visit will be counted per day.

Dough is our PizzaExpress currency for spending and redeem attractive rewards like food and drinks with extra savings. Club members earn Dough when dining at any PizzaExpress Hong Kong restaurant (except University kiosks).

You will earn Dough for every HK$25 you spend at PizzaExpress based on different tiers, regardless of whether you pay with cash or PizzaExpress accepted credit cards (excluding cash/dining vouchers, complimentary items).

• Dough point:

  • Bronze Members earn 1 Dough for every HK$25 spent.

  • Silver Members earn 1.5 Doughs for every HK$25 spent.

  • Gold Members earn 2 Doughs for every HK$25 spent。

• You can earn Dough when you dine in or take-away at PizzaExpress Hong Kong restaurants from our own channels.

• Just present our staff member your eClub card before paying your bill.

• Additional Dough can be earned from different promotional periods throughout the year.

• You will be eligible to earn Dough when you book a Pizza-Making Party or Pizza Jam at one of our restaurants. Just show us your eClub card at the time of payment.

After the eClub card activation, you are able to redeem free goods with your Dough at Club Rewards.

Once you reach a tier, an e-coupon will be unlocked and you’ll earn extra Dough based on your tiers every time you dine at PizzaExpress. Based on your visits to determine whether you stay at the same level or move to a new tier. Your aim is to get to Gold level in 12 months by visiting 12 times, while the membership will be lasting for 12 months or until you reach Gold and renew.

For example: if you sign up and instantly join Bronze tier on 1st January 2025, and then reach Silver on 30th June 2025, you’ll continue to enjoy Silver rewards until 31st December 2025.

If during 1st January 2025 – 31st December 2025 you reached Silver but are not able to reach Gold you will retain your Silver rewards but start again from 0 stamps. From 1st January 2026 for another 12 months.

If you’ve start from 1st January 2025 and reaches gold on 28th February 2025, your Gold level will be renew from 1st March 2025 for 12 months until 28th February 2025, during the 12 months your aim to is visit 12 times to renew as a Gold members.

Remember, you automatically join at Bronze, so it’s only Silver and Gold that you need to work towards and maintain.

You will be downgraded a tier at a time. For example: If you reached to Gold tier on 1st March 2025, and from 1st March 2025 – 28th February 2026. You will be retain in Gold but during the respective month you’ve visited less then 12 times, your tier will be adjusted to Silver, and your new tier anniversary will be set to 1st March 2026 for another 12 months.

Click the button Add card to Apple/Google Wallet to add the eClub card into your E-wallet (IOS and Android are supported).

Upon login, you can quickly view the total balance under your name or go to the eClub card which stores in your E-Wallet to get your Dough balance.

Upon login, you can go to ‘History’ to check the details of Dough expiry dates, Dough redemption.

Effective on 4 May 2021, any Dough earned will expire in 365 days.

Dough Earned on > Valid until

‧ 4 May 2021> 365 days later, 3 May 2022

‧ 14 June 2021 > 365 days later, 13 June 2022

‧ 1 July 2021 > 365 days later, 30 June 2022

You can spend the Dough you earned one day after your visit.

You must present the QR Code of the E-Coupon when ordering to enjoy the offer. E-Coupon is applicable to dine-in or takeaway only.

We want to celebrate your birthday by rewarding you with extra dough and e-coupons on your birthday month! (E-coupons rewards depending on respective tiers)
