HOW DOES THE CLUB WORK?
The PizzaExpress Club (PE Club) is a FREE reward programme. All you have to do is show us your e-Card while eating in one of our restaurants. You will earn 1 Dough for every HK$25 you spend (including service charge).
We’ll also give you extra Dough when:
Activate your e-Card – 25 Dough
It’s your birthday – 25 Dough
You visit ten times within a year (1 Jan to 31 Dec) – 50 Dough
Once you’ve activated your e-Card online, you will be able to spend your Dough for menu items or other great Lifestyle Rewards.
WHY JOIN THE CLUB?
Now you will be able to earn Dough from every delicious pizza, pasta or salad you order. If you’re going to enjoy them anyway, you may as well collect Dough to be used for the same great menu items on your next visit, or save up enough Dough to redeem for some great rewards such as E-Coupon, trips, wine-tastings, Pizza Making Parties, etc. Plus, becoming a member of the Club is completely free.
WHO CAN BECOME A CLUB MEMBER?
Anybody who loves pizza can become a Club member. You’ll need to be over 18 years old to join the Club. We also have a Junior Club for children between 3-11 years old.
HOW DO I JOIN THE CLUB?
Join the Club and activate your card here. To activate the card, please fill in your mobile phone number to get a SMS verification code and your personal information for registration.
WHERE CAN I USE MY e-CARD?
You can use your e-Card at all PizzaExpress Hong Kong locations. The e-Card is not valid at PizzaExpress restaurants in other countries. For a list of restaurants go to our Restaurants.
WHEN CAN I USE MY e-CARD?
You can use your e-Card to earn Dough anytime you dine or take-away from a participating restaurant. In order to be able to spend your Dough when dining or taking-away at our restaurants, you must activate your e-Card online. You will not be eligible to earn or spend Dough for Deliveroo order.
WHY DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT/ACTIVATE MY E-CARD?
Once you activated your e-Card, you will be able to spend Dough on Food or Lifestyle Rewards, earn Dough on your bill at the same time as well as enjoy the Club Rewards by the E-Coupon. You can also manage your e-Card, check your transaction history, track your rewards and get member-only news and offers.
WHAT IS DOUGH?
Dough is our PizzaExpress currency. Club members earn Dough when dining at any PizzaExpress Hong Kong restaurant. Members earn 1 Dough for every HK$25 spent. We give members additional Dough on their birthdays and for their tenth visit each year. 1 Dough equals HK$1 and can be spent on Dining Rewards or Lifestyle Rewards.
WHAT ARE DINING REWARDS?
Dining Rewards include anything on Food, including alcohol, monthly specials and sets. You can choose to donate the cash equivalent of your Dough to one of our charity partners below (minimum HKD 100 = 100 Dough):

Child Welfare Scheme
Redress
HOW CAN I EARN DOUGH?
You will earn 1 Dough for every HK$25 you spend at PizzaExpress, regardless of whether you pay using cash or PizzaExpress accepted credit cards.
You can earn Dough when you dine in or take-away at PizzaExpress Hong Kong restaurants.
You will be able to earn Dough on all spending above HK$25 (excluding cash/dining vouchers, complimentary items).
Just present our staff member your e-Card before paying your bill.
Additional Dough can be earned from different promotional periods throughout the year.
You will be eligible to earn Dough when you book a Pizza-Making Party or Pizza Jam at one of our restaurants. Just show us your e-Card at the time of payment.
HOW CAN I SPEND MY DOUGH WITH MY E-CARD?
After the e-card activation, you are able to spend your Dough on menu items in the restaurants by showing the e-card and telling our staff member that you would like to spend some Dough before you pay.
WHAT IF I WANT TO PAY FOR MY BILL PARTIALLY WITH DOUGH AND PARTIALLY WITH CASH, CAN I DO THAT?
You can choose to pay either a partial or full amount of your bill with Dough, e.g., you can pay a HK$200 bill with 50 Dough and HK$150.
IF I SPEND DOUGH ON A BILL, WILL I STILL EARN DOUGH ON THE REMAINING AMOUNT THAT I PAY FOR WITH CASH OR CREDIT CARD?
Yes, you will still earn Dough on the portion that you are paying for with cash or credit card, e.g., if you pay a HK$200 bill using 50 Dough and HK$150, you will still earn Dough for the HK$150 (i.e., 6 Dough).
WILL I EARN DOUGH ON THE DOUGH I SPEND?
No. You will not earn Dough on the amount of Dough you redeemed. This means that if you are spending 100 Dough on your bill of HK$100, you will earn no Dough.
CAN I REGISTER A NON-HONG KONG PHONE NUMBER?
Not at the moment. We are still working on a way for you to register foreign mobile number.
HOW CAN I ADD E-CARD TO MY E-WALLET?
Click the green button Add card to Apple/Google Wallet to add the e-Card into your E-wallet (IOS and Android are supported).
HOW CAN I CHECK MY DOUGH BALANCE?
Upon login, you can quickly view the total balance under your name or go to the e-Card which stores in your E-Wallet to get your Dough balance.
WHERE CAN I SEE MY EARNING AND SPENDING HISTORY?
Upon login, you can go to ‘History’ to check the details of Dough expiry dates, Dough transaction and E-coupon redemption.
WHEN WILL MY DOUGH EXPIRE?
Effective on 4 May 2021, any Dough earned will expire in 365 days.

HOW SOON WILL I BE ABLE TO SPEND THE DOUGH I’VE EARNED FROM MY LAST VISIT?
You can spend the Dough you earned one day after your visit.
HOW CAN I REDEEM THE E-COUPON?
You must present the QR Code of the E-Coupon when ordering to enjoy the offer. E-Coupon is applicable to dine-in or takeaway only.
WHY DO YOU NEED TO KNOW MY BIRTHDAY?
We want to celebrate your birthday by rewarding you with 25 Dough and a FREE Dessert Platter!
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY DOUGH?
You will receive your Birthday Dough and FREE Dessert Platter coupon on your birthday.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER?
Go to ‘Setting’, you may edit your phone number. You will receive a SMS verification code sent to your designated mobile phone number.
